A program is offered to CPE and home daycares for children between the age of 3 and 5 years old. The school bus transportation (TRANSCO) is included. The price will vary according to the numbers of participants.

Please note that each CPE will benefit from the exclusive usage of the gymnasium during the course.

The gymnastic preschool courses aim to help the children build independence and trust in themselves in a safe and stimulating environment. The children are encouraged to explore different  workshops while progressing to their own pace throughout the courses.

The courses are given by trainers that are certified by the Fédération de Gymnastique du Québec and are also trained for early childhood gymnastics.
