Code of Ethics

All members of our gymnastics club, gymnasts, coaches, parents and volunteers, have the right to be treated with respect, fairness and courtesy by all. No physical or verbal violence is tolerated.

All members have the right to flourish through their involvement as a gymnast, coach, parent or volunteer.

All members have the right to fulfill their respective roles with trust and autonomously.

All members must respect the directions and decisions of our club. All members must abide by the rules of our club.

All members should be mindful of the image of our club in public places.

GYMIBIK’s Rules

GYMIBIK suit is optional. Dress code for all recreational gymnasts: Leggings-type pants or tight shorts with fitted t-shirt or camisole.

It is forbidden to eat, drink or chew gum during training.  Water bottles are permitted.

Gymnasts must arrive for training in their gymnastic uniform and bare feet.  All other clothing and shoes must be stored neatly in locker or cubby located outside of the gym.

Long hair must be tied back in a ponytail, braid or bun prior to training.  Please ensure that no plastic barrettes or hair bands are worn.

Jewelry is prohibited during training, with the exception of medical bracelets.  Small stud earrings can be worn.

Coaches are responsible for the gymnasts for the duration of the training course.  Please ensure that you are present to pick-up your child once the course is finished.

Children are not permitted to leave the gym alone at any time.

We encourage gymnasts to arrive 5 minutes prior to the start of a class so that they are ready on time to begin.

Coaches can be available at the end of a class if you have any issues or questions that need to be discussed.
